libghc-exceptions-dev software package provides extensible optionally-pure exceptions, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libghc-exceptions-dev
libghc-exceptions-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libghc-exceptions-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libghc-exceptions-dev *
You will get with libghc-exceptions-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
